Land: This is a well
located farm that generates good rental return. In 2010 as in recent
years the developed acres are projected to generate over $200 in gross
rental income for the owner. The current lease agreement provides $45
cash at the start of each growing season and 45 bushels of corn at the
end of the season. Three of the farms are adjoining including the two
established center pivots in SE and NE of 8-10-31 which adjoin the 130
acres of water rights and cased well located in SE of 5-10-31. The
